What is a Chamber of Commerce?

A Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit, member-driven association that provides networking, marketing, education and referrals for your business.

Why should you become a member of the Chamber of Commerce?

Your membership in the Chamber will increase your visibility in the community and provide you with the resources to grown your business. A recent national survey found that consumers are 63% more likely to buy from Chamber members.

Is the Chamber part of local government?

No. The Chamber is not a part of village government but works closely with the village to communicate information and partner in business development.

Does my business have to be located in Buffalo Grove to join?

No. Any business, regardless of location, is eligible for membership.

When are your meetings?

The Chamber hosts nearly 100 events and programs throughout the year. This includes After/Before Hours, BG Networkers Group meetings, Membership Lunch Meetings, Lake County Professionals meetings, educational workshops & seminars, women's events, joint-chamber events and several special events including the Golf Outing. All events are listed on our Chamber Calendar.

How much does it cost to join?

Membership investments are determined by the number of full-time employees. Members can upgrade to the Gold Membership package which provides additional benefits.
